We had around four hours to get this shot and wrapped up before lunch opening at Chef Tom Browns Cornerstone Hackney restaurant. Me and my assistant for the day Charlie worked quickly, changing and moving lighting around for the various set ups, it was a very enjoyable shoot and we got to try some great food (and great sparkling cider!)
